Thank you for shopping at iReadLibrary. Since all products we offer are produced on demand through our third-party partner Printify, the following return and refund terms apply to all purchases:
1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom-printed and created specifically for each order.
Because of this:
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, or buyer preference.
- You are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and product options before ordering.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under Printify’s policy.
To be eligible:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the defect or damage.
Printify may offer a free reprint or a refund at their discretion. You are not required to return the item for inspection.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request consideration for a refund or reprint:

- Include your order number, delivery date, and clear photos of the defective or damaged product.
We will review your request and submit a claim to Printify on your behalf. If approved by Printify, refunds or reprints are issued according to their policies.
4. Refund Terms
- If a refund is approved under Printify’s policy, it may be issued to your original payment method or handled through Printify’s merchant interface.
- Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not provide exchanges or refunds for:
- Items ordered incorrectly (size, color, style)
- Change of mind or preference
- Minor variations in print placement (normal in print-on-demand production)
- Shipping delays not caused by production errors
Please review product details carefully before ordering.
6. International and Other Shipping Issues
For lost, undelivered, or returned shipments caused by incorrect address or customs issues, refunds or reprints are handled according to Printify’s policies and your sales channel’s requirements.
